Residents at Willow Brook care home in Carlton were delighted to hop on-board the Nottingham Crusader for a delightful trip along the River Trent.
Everyone had a lovely time on the cruise, as they enjoyed a selection of delicious food and refreshing drinks as they passed by the stunning scenery.
The trip was made even better with the spring sunshine, as Residents got to see ducklings following their mothers down the river and lambs frolicking through the fields nearby.
One Resident commented: “I had an amazing time on the cruise. It was lovely to be on the water and the cakes on offer were absolutely delicious.”
