Today at HC-One’s Avon Court care home, in Chippenham, Resident and Colleagues held an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ theme day, which was part of an event many homes in the area where taking part in.
Colleagues dressed up in costumes and decorated the conservatory, as Residents sported gold crowns. There was a karaoke activity as well as lots of scrumptious cakes which were lovingly made by chef, Peter.
Residents Mary, Vera, Ron and Yvonne all said what a lovely day they had and all enjoyed the cakes.
Ron commented, “I had a lovely time and enjoyed the karaoke.”
Lyn Neate, Wellbeing Coordinator said, “Everyone had a lovely day and Residents loved seeing the staff dressed up and having fun!”
