HC-One’s Maple Lodge care home in Stafford has had a busy start to March with birthday celebrations and an afternoon tea party.
On Friday 1st March, Violet Essery celebrated her 90th birthday surrounded by friends, family, fellow Residents and members of the care team at Maple Lodge. Her sons, Peter and Graham joined their mother for a buffet lunch, the lounge was beautifully decorated in Violet’s honour with balloons and banners.
Maple Lodge hosted an afternoon tea on Saturday 9th March for Residents and their loved ones, everyone gathered in the lounge to sample a selection of delicious treats and catch up with their family. A great time was had by all, everyone commented on how lovely the food was and how nice it was to spend some quality time with their nearest and dearest.
