Admirals Reach enjoy annual memory walkResidents, Colleagues and Relatives at HC-One’s Admirals Reach care home recently enjoyed taking part in the annual Alzheimers Society Memory Walk.

Assisted by volunteers from the Clinical Commissioning Group, members of the home completed the walk to raise money for the Alzheimers Society.

The walk finished as everyone went to their local Admirals Park to enjoy a well-earned refreshment, before retreating back to the home to enjoy some drinks and snacks.

Entertainment was then provided for all to enjoy as they discussed the day’s events and how glad they were to have completed it.

Residents commented on how much they enjoyed the walk, and how nice it was to enjoy entertainment afterwards.

Lal Mangalam, Home Manager, commented: “a wonderful day has been had by all, for this worthwhile charity, we are so grateful for the support we have received.”
