An act of kindness has been noticed by the team at Berry Hill Park care home in Mansfield as staff welcomed new Care Assistant Ramana to the home.
Diane, a colleague at Berry Hill Park for more than 20 years, has helped Ramana settle in after showing her great kindness during her induction period.
After Diane noticed that Ramana was admiring her fob watch, she bought Ramana one too.
Ramana said: “I am delighted with the thoughtful gift. I really enjoy working alongside such caring and supportive staff.”
Sally Tebbett, Home Manager at Berry Hill Park, said: “At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Ramana has settled into the team here really well, which has no doubt been enhanced by the kindness Diane has shown her.”
