HC-One’s Old Gates care home in Blackburn welcomed popular local entertainer, Hugh Dent for an afternoon of acoustic music.
Residents, visitors and members of the care team gathered together to watch Hugh perform, he performed hits from multiple genres and eras on his guitar and harmonica to ensure that everyone could join in with their favourite tunes.
Everyone joined in whether it was singing along, tapping their feet, playing a tambourine or even getting up to dance, a great time was had by all.
Residents commented on what a wonderful afternoon they had and thanked Hugh for his amazing performance, some even commented that he was the best entertainer that they had seen in a long time.
