Tracy Wilkins, an Assistant Cook at Caerphilly-based Abermill care home, was delighted to receive a Long Service Award for her 20 years’ service at the home.
In her role, Tracy is responsible for preparing meals from the daily menu, managing kitchen supplies and helping cater for special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
Throughout Tracy’s 20 years at Abermill, she has also often been seen around the home interacting with Residents and helping to put a smile on their faces.
She was presented the award by the home’s Deputy Manager, Christine Tipper.
Christine said: “Tracy is a valued member of the team and is often seen around the home interacting with our Residents. Thank you very much for all your continued hard work.”
