Residents at Swallownest Care Home decided to make the most of the UK heatwave and take a gentle stroll down to the local cafe for refreshments and cakes.
Joan and Betty accompanied by the homes well being coordinators enjoyed their walk and loved being out and about in the sunshine.
Both ladies enjoyed a refreshing cold drink and a piece of cake in the shade before setting back off to the home.
