A pamper afternoon took place on Harmony today at Roxburgh House care home in Cradley Heath, where a number of Residents enjoyed having their nails painted along with a relaxing hand massage.
Colleagues create a serene atmosphere by playing relaxing background music and offering refreshments.
Residents Nancy, Joan, Iris, Monica, Dorothy and Christine all enjoyed having a bit of ‘me’ time, and felt very relaxed afterwards. Everyone said that they really enjoyed the hand massage.
Colleague Christine said, “I really enjoy making the Residents happy, small things such as a hand massage really can help with positive wellbeing”.
