What everyone loves most about staying in HC-One care home, is the relationships you build with fellow Residents and staff alike. That is why when Resident Doreen at Alexander care home wanted a simply 90th birthday celebration, with close friends, this was very simple to arrange for her.
Doreen Ellis has been in Alexander care home for 4 years and this year she’s turning the milestone 90 years old. Her family explained that she only wanted a celebration with her friends at the care home with a pot of tea and some nice biscuits and didn’t want any fuss making. So that is exactly what the staff arranged.
Doreen said she was very happy to celebrate her 90th Birthday with other Residents, “Thanks for the support from staff in getting them (the Residents) together”.
Home Manager, San Koromah, commented, “It was nice to fulfil Doreen's wish, to celebrate her birthday with friends who reside in other Units”.
