Residents at HC One’s Dingle Meadow care home in Oldbury enjoyed a day at the races experience.
St Albans Trust kindly supported the activity alongside staff from Dingle Meadow who organised for the room to be decorated and provided hats and jewellery for Residents to wear.
Residents placed bets their favourite horse and got themselves moving by throwing a big dice around the room. Everyone had an amazing time, with some Residents commenting that it was the “best day ever” and asking when they could do it again.
Dingle Meadow Home Manager, Sharon Gentle said:
