Dennis Jones, a Resident at HC One’s The Willows care home, celebrated his big 90th birthday today.
Dennis Jones had a lovely day at the Hinckley care home to celebrate his special birthday.
Dennis’s daughters came to the home for a window visit, to wish their Dad a happy birthday in person, it was a lovely moment to witness.
Dennis’s family members sent in present and cards to the home for him to open. He received a large plaque with events that happened in the year he was born including when Princess Margaret was born and Sean Connery.
Everyone at the home sang ‘happy birthday’ to him too, and staff put up banners and balloons too.
Dennis had a special 90th birthday cake made and sent into the home for him. Overall it was a wonderful day and Dennis enjoyed it very much.
