Celebrations were in full swing at Acacia Court care home in Pudsey as Resident Irene King turned 88 years old.
As part of Irene’s birthday celebrations, Colleagues at Acacia Court arranged a delicious afternoon tea for Irene and her loved ones to enjoy.
Irene was delighted with the efforts the home had made as she celebrated her special day surrounded by loved ones and fellow Residents at the home.
Irene said: “I have never been treated like this before on my birthday. Thank you.”
Julie Whitaker, Home Manager at Acacia Court, said: “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed helping Irene celebrate her 88th birthday at Acacia Court. She is such a lovely lady and it was a true pleasure to see her smiling from ear to ear as we wished her a very happy birthday.”
