Staff and Residents at Peniel Green care home in Swansea joined together to give green-fingered Resident Howard a birthday to remember.
Howard celebrated his 80th birthday with his wife Ann, daughter Mandy, and also his granddaughter.
He enjoyed a birthday buffet in the afternoon with his family and fellow Residents at Peniel Green.
Howard was also delighted to see his beautiful, personalised birthday cake which had been brought in by Ann, which was decorated to reflect his passion for gardening.
Maria Jones, Home Manager at Peniel Green, said: “Everyone really enjoyed helping Howard celebrate his 80th birthday. It was so lovely to see his face light up when he was given his amazing birthday cake.”
