One Resident at
Springfield Bank, nursing and nursing dementia care home, in Bonnyrigg, has recently celebrated her 100th birthday.
Greta Brown, a fabulous Resident, has just turned 100 on the 26th of May.

There was lots of delicious food which included a fantastic cake, and a huge buffet that was enjoyed by everyone. Some even celebrated with a glass of bubbly.
Residents were up dancing and singing alongside Greta, celebrating her birthday in style.
The story hit the papers with such a beautiful photo of Greta and her family.
Greta was absolutely thrilled to spend the day with her family and friends, she commented, “I had such a wonderful time celebrating with my friends, family and staff.”
Rhiannon Steele, Care Home Manager, remarked, “It was such a wonderful event to be able to be a part off and help organise. Greta is the first lady I have met who has turned 100 and she looks fabulous.”
