Residents and team members at HC-One’s Hartford Court care home in Cramlington are celebrating a ‘Hoppy Easter’ with some floppy eared friends displays throughout the home’s grounds.
The team have created a special Easter trail for Residents at Hartford Court, Easter bunnies have been carefully placed throughout the grounds along with some Easter eggs for Residents to spot.
Residents have enjoyed exploring the Easter trail and said it brought back many happy memories of Easter celebrations from years past. One Resident commented: “It’s nice to see the sun out and flower in the garden, all of the bunnies made me smile.”
Hartford Court Home Manager, Janice Bell said: “On behalf of everyone at Hartford Court I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter.”
