In the absence of Woodlands View care home’s usual hairdresser during the Covid-19 pandemic, the carers working on Wellfield House have gone the extra mile to make the Residents happy by responding to haircut requests and making everyone enjoy the experience of having their hair done.
Care Assistant, Robyne Cooper-Tully, as well as other Colleagues at Woodlands, put their skills to the test and offered Residents a quick trim and style to spruce up their hair. Everyone was very pleased with the results and happy to finally have a ‘Good Hair Day’ after four very long months.
Resident Ann Bird (pictured), commented, “It felt like I was in a proper salon!”
Home Manager, Deby O'Hare, said, “It is wonderful that our staff are taking the time to make our Residents happy.”
