Co-hosted by David Marshall, Care Inspectorate’s Senior Improvement Advisor (Pharmacy), this innovative discussion explores a collaborative project between HC-One care homes in Scotland and the Care Inspectorate.

This successful initiative aimed at improving dementia care and reducing unnecessary reliance on psychoactive medications for residents, and this podcast will share our learnings based on some powerful real-life case studies from within HC-One care homes.

Each week, new episodes delve into different aspects of the project. The first three focus on the origins of the project, its philosophy and framework and the importance of taking a person-led approach.
