HC-One is delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Recruitment Marketing Campaign’ category at the In-house Recruitment Awards 2022.
The In-house Recruitment Awards recognise, reward, and celebrate the achievements of UK in-house recruitment teams from companies of various sizes and industries. HC-One has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Recruitment Marketing Campaign’ category for its efforts to attract talent to the care sector by promoting the HC-One employer brand through an innovative campaign.
Along with the wider health and social care sector in the UK, HC-One, the Kind Care Company, is facing workforce challenges across its family of nearly 300 care homes across England, Scotland and Wales. The job market in the sector is ever more competitive and HC-One has launched its Rewarding Careers campaign to encourage candidates to pursue a career in care.
The campaign aims to remain innovative and fresh in its approach to recruitment marketing for the care sector, both in its campaign message and style, but also by executing the campaign across several digital and offline channels that are not often used by competitors, including TikTok.
Since its launch, the Rewarding Careers campaign has proven extremely successful in terms of increasing brand awareness, interest and applications across HC-One’s care homes, and in promoting the benefits of pursuing a career in care. Its sector-leading approach has been further highlighted as HC-One is the only care provider named in the list of award finalists.
The In-House Recruitment Awards ceremony will be taking place on Wednesday 30th November 2022, where HC-One will be up against fellow national brands, including Mars, Boots and Asda, as the bronze, silver and gold award winners will be announced.
Hearing of the news of HC-One being shortlisted as a finalist, Kevina Turnbull, Head of Resourcing at HC-One, said:
“HC-One is delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist by the judging panel at the In-house Recruitment Awards this year. This is an amazing achievement, and I am so proud of the teams involved in making the recruitment campaign a success.
“Being shortlisted as a finalist at these prestigious awards highlights the importance of innovation in recruitment marketing; something that we look forward to driving forward in future campaigns. It is also a testament to the dedication the Recruitment and Marketing teams have demonstrated. The teams have gone above and beyond to support our homes to provide the kindest care to our Residents and to achieve our mission to be the first-choice care provider in each of the communities that we serve.”
