HC-One launches new online family support resourcesThe HC-One team is delighted to announce the launch of our new online family support resources on the HC-One website, as part of our commitment to supporting those living in our care homes, and their families, throughout their journey with us.

The purpose of these resources is to provide support to the families of our residents, ensuring they have access to valuable information and resources whenever they need it.

Our new family support pages are designed to help those considering one of our homes, by providing information on care fees, funding options, and local authority guidance. For existing families, we have included a detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section that addresses common queries from those who have a relative in one of our homes.

You can explore these resources by navigating to the ‘Help & Support’ tab, and clicking ‘Family Support’.

If you would like to speak to a member of our team, we are here to help and support you every step of the way. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our care home teams over the phone or on your next visit, or by using our get in touch form here.
