HC-One announces agreement to manage care services for Retirement Villages Group on behalf of AXA IMHC-One, a leading UK provider of health and social care, today announces that it has agreed with AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (“AXA IM – Real Assets”) that it will operate 11 care homes, under new 25 year lease agreements, and eight domiciliary care services on behalf of Retirement Villages Group Ltd (“RVG”) the UK’s leading retirement village developer and manager.  The agreement follows the announcement earlier today that AXA IM - Real Assets has acquired RVG, on behalf of clients."

As the pioneers of the retirement village concept, RVG’s care villages are some of the UK’s top award-winning communities for the 55-plus age group with an overall carehome.co.uk rating of 9.1.

The HC-One and RVG teams will work closely together to ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition for Residents, their loved ones, and colleagues.
