At HC-One, caring with kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Joyce’s journey at Bluebell View care home in Oswestry is a wonderful example of how our team provide care and support to both residents and their families each day.
Joyce arrived at Bluebell View after being in hospital, and her family had carefully chosen the home with her well-being in mind. From the moment she settled in, Joyce felt welcome and supported. She shared, “All the staff are willing to do anything for you. The meals are nice, and we can go in the garden. I’m very happy here.”
Neil, Joyce’s son, who recently visited from Australia, expressed his gratitude for the care his mum has received: “Mum has made massive strides since coming here. It’s amazing how far she’s come from being in the hospital just a few months ago to now walking around the park with her new walker.
“The staff have been fantastic, treating her like a queen.”
Although Neil is now heading back home, he feels reassured knowing his mum is in good hands, receiving the compassionate care she deserves.
