Join us from Monday 24th to Sunday 30th June to celebrate Care Home Open Week 2024, a national event organised by Championing Social Care to connect care homes with their local communities.
At HC-One, our family of care homes across the UK are delighted to be welcoming our local communities to showcase our facilities, activities and services, and to remind our neighbours that we are here if they ever need support.
Our chosen theme for this year’s Care Home Open Week is ‘Dancing through the decades’, where we look forward to opening our doors and celebrating care through the decades with friends, family, community groups, local authority representatives and local dignitaries.
Each of our homes has been working hard on their plans for the week, with residents and colleagues coming together to select their chosen activities and entertainment, ranging from tea dances, marketplaces, music, competitions and fundraisers for local charities. There will also be a range of refreshments available at our home events.
In addition to showcasing the kind care we provide at HC-One, our events also provide the opportunity for members of the local community to understand more about living in our care homes, or to learn about the rewarding career opportunities available within the care sector.
We look forward to inviting you to our care homes as we dance through the decades and celebrate with our communities this summer.
