As the Kind Care Company, we all know that kindness is embedded in our culture and is at the heart of everything we do.
To support the over arching work, the Kind Care Model was developed – highlighting six key areas for us all to focus on.
Our aim is to bring kindness to life through our values, thoughts, and behaviours, all of which will provide a framework for delivering, measuring, and maintaining the kindest possible care, and will enable us to easily communicate what kind care really means to our Colleagues, Residents, families, commissioners, regulators, and local communities.
