A Colleague at HC One’s Avon Court decided to bring in her new puppy to meet the Residents today.
One of the housekeepers at the Chippenham care home has recently just added a puppy called Tilly to her family, and thought it would be lovely to bring her to the home to meet her second ‘family’.
The gorgeous puppy is a Labrador and Retriever cross breed, and the member of staff knew it would light up the faces of the Residents to see her.
The visit went down very well, especially with the homes biggest dog lover Resident Joyce, who said it “made her day”.
One of the other Resident, Paula, commented “what a beautiful dog!”
The Residents can’t wait for Tilly to visit again and see her grow up too.
