HC One’s Avon Court care home decided to set up their very own art class today for the Residents to get creative in.
A company based in Chippenham, local to the care home, called Bridge Contract Solutions Ltd. kindly sent our Residents some pictures of different animals, flowers and phrases to colour in.
During this difficult time it was really lovely to receive these and the Residents were looking forward to colouring in the images with their coloured pens.
The company also asked if we would kindly send them back so they can display them on the walls of their office. This is a lovely way to spread positivity across the community and the Residents were happy to do so.
One of the Residents, Tina, said “I didn’t realise how relaxing colouring in could be” and another Resident Pamela commented “how lovely and nice of them to think of us”.
