Residents and staff at HC-One’s Millbrook care home in Stalybridge have been the recipients of some kind donations.
The staff at Millbrook received a selection of ‘Sweet Treats’ from one of the Resident’s family members, Marjorie Lloyd whose father John Ollerenshaw resides at Millbrook sent in the lovely gifts. There was more than enough to go around and even Home Manager, Andy Bradley was allowed some.
Marjorie wrote in an email to Andy that she “wanted to show our appreciation of you and all the team are doing for dad during these difficult times.”
Andy Bradley, Millbrook Home Manager said: “When I saw the email I expected a box of chocolates but when the delivery came and saw how much Marjorie had kindly sent we were amazed, it was very kind of her and the staff really feel appreciated.”
One Millbrook Resident said: “It is so lovely to receive a gift and makes us feel proud to know that we are appreciated.”
