Spooktacular celebrations at Coventry care homeHalloween celebrations were in full swing at Victoria Gardens care home in Coventry as Residents and their loved ones enjoyed some spooktacular celebrations.

Colleagues at Victoria Gardens were busy getting ready for Halloween as they decorated the home with themed props, including black and orange bunting and pumpkins.

The local community were invited to join in with the celebrations, as they warmed up with a hot broth and a selection of delicious treats with Residents.

Students from Dudley College were even welcomed to take part in the day, as they enjoyed getting to know the Residents as they shared memories of Halloween growing up.

The day was filled with exciting activities and even a costume competition, as one Resident commented: “I am really looking forward to pumpkin carving and apple bobbing! This is going to be an interesting day.”
