Music was all around at HC-One’s Ashgrove care home as Residents and Relatives enjoyed a sing-along session alongside an accordion player.
Residents each took an instrument and began playing along to the music played by Tom, an accordion player who regularly attends the home and serenades Residents and Relatives alike.
Many old favourites were played, from Doris Day to Tom Jones, with Residents enjoying a sing along happily recalling the memories each song brought for them.
One Resident enjoyed it so much, he remarked: “What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, it’s been lovely and we can’t wait for Tom to return.”
