Olive, a Resident at HC One’s Willow Court, celebrated her big 100th birthday at the home today – complete with tiara!
On 7th August everyone at the Lincoln care home helped Olive to celebrate her 100th birthday.
Due to coronavirus the party the family had planned for her couldn't go ahead, however the home still managed to make a huge fuss of her!
Olive wanted to have a crown for her birthday (and quite rightly so!), which one of her granddaughters provided to make her feel extra special.
Olive commented “after receiving my card from the Queen, I did feel like a Queen for the day too!”
Olive is very well loved, which was easy to tell by the amount of cards, gifts and flowers she received.
Julie, the homes’ administrator, made her a beautiful cake and there was a splash of Prosecco to mark the occasion too.
