Wellbeing coordinator Sarah from HC One’s Appleton Manor care home, has spent some one to one time with Doreen to create some lovely memories.
Today Sarah spent some one to one time in the garden at the Stockport care home with Resident Doreen.
Sarah set up a little photo shoot of Doreen, then produced a photo album of pictures of Doreen to send to her family. Doreen has two sons & one daughter.
The month August is a busy month for Doreen as her two son’s celebrate their birthdays very close together, we made special birthday cards to send to them, along with a photo album for each.
One of Doreen’s sons lives in Spain, so Sarah is going to post this for her. The other son at the moment lives in a sister home; Appleton lodge.
Doreen's daughter lives in Stockport, so the home decided to make her a card & photo album too, so she knows Doreen is also thinking of her.
