Residents at The Polegate care home were delighted as they chose to create a letter in the home to send to their familied alongside photos of themselves.
The letter read: “In every life we have some trouble, but when you worry you make it double, don’t worry be happy!
Just want to let you know we are all well here at The Polegate, the staff are keeping us all safe and well.
Please do not worry, you will see me soon. Love always” and was sent to each of the home’s Relatives in the hope of offering some reassurance in the current difficult times.
Emma Rich-Spice, home manager, commented: “We are so proud of the team here at the Polegate, the Residents have really enjoyed themselves today and like the idea of sending a lovely message to their families.”
