Celebrations were in the air at Mornington Hall as the home enjoyed ringing in the new year together.
Live music was provided by entertainer, Jacqui, as she provided Residents with their old favourites, serenading them as they sang along happily.
Residents clapped along as they danced together, as they joined in with childhood favourites such as ‘hokey cokey’ and many other songs.
Afterwards, some Residents opted to enjoy a small tipple of Pimms and lemonade to relax after their dancing, as they spoke about the new year celebrations they had experienced growing up.
Anthony Carlin, home manager, commented: “A great afternoon was had by all, the Residents enjoyed each of the songs that were sang, and everyone had a wonderful dance together.”
