Minute silence at Nottingham home to pay respectColleagues and Residents at HC One’s Springwater Lodge took a minute’s silence today to pay respects to those who lost their fight against COVID-19.

At 11 o’clock a minutes silence was had across the Nottingham care home. You could hear nothing but a pin drop whilst everybody took the time to think of everybody who has lost their life to this horrendous virus.

Everybody also thought about all of the NHS staff and keyworkers who are working tirelessly during this time to protect and save lives.

One of the Residents said “It was a nice way to pay respects.”
The home manager said “I would just like to say a massive thank-you to everybody, you are heroes working through this difficult time.”
