Residents at Sabourn Court care home in Leeds were delighted to welcome local community group, Artventures, into the home for an intergenerational activity afternoon.
The fun-filled afternoon saw Residents interacting with parents and toddlers, as they worked together for the arts and crafts session.
Parents helped their children with hand and foot painting, as they created some beautiful cards and even gave a few to Residents living at Sabourn Court.
The initiative was a great success, with Residents already looking forward to welcoming the group back to the home each month.
One Resident commented: “It was so lovely to meet the children and to help them with their arts and crafts.”
