Due to the extremely hot weather this week, staff at Westwood Lodge came up with the idea to create a Hydration and Education trolley to make sure that everyone is taking in enough fluids.
The trolley provides refreshing drinks for the staff on a daily basis. The Wellbeing Coordinators help to remind the staff how important it is to keep hydrated at all times especially when we are experiencing hot weather conditions.
The staff are thankful for the cold refreshing drinks, due to them being very busy for the majority of their shifts, it is sometimes difficult to find the time to make sure they drink enough fluids to keep hydrated.
