Huddersfield care home Residents enjoy wartime sing-alongResidents at The Denby care home in Huddersfield enjoyed a reminiscent afternoon as vintage entertainer, Goldenage Songbird, performed at the home to mark the 80 year anniversary of the start of World War 2.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the performance, as Residents sang, clapped and danced along. Some even waved Union Jack flags as they gently danced along to the rhythm.

The afternoon was rounded off with a warm cup of tea and delicious homemade cakes.
