HC-One’s Gittisham Hill House care home Residents enjoyed an afternoon of sunshine in the garden as they embraced the wonderful Spring weather.
Some Residents enjoyed a spot of gardening as they tended to the plants, or tidied the flowers, whilst some simply enjoyed sitting with a cup of tea alongside a delicious slice of homemade birthday cake in honour of Resident, Jimmy’s birthday.
Memories were shared by all as Residents spoke of the summer weather they enjoyed with their loved ones growing up.
Marita Westaway, home manager, remarked: “It has been lovely to see the Residents sitting in the garden to enjoy the sunshine whilst eating a selection of cakes and treats.”
