Avonpark care home in Limpley Stoke put an autumnal twist on their activities as Residents and their loved ones celebrated Harvest Festival 2019.
Students from the local Winsley Nursery joined Residents as they made beautiful autumnal crafts together, including hedgehog collages made from leaves and potato print tablecloths.
The celebrations continued with a delicious buffet of food served by the kitchen team, along with a Harvest Festival-themed quiz.
Residents thoroughly enjoyed the day, with one commenting: “The children were delightful and so well-behaved.” Another added: “The nursery’s visit was truly the highlight of my day.”
