Residents at HC-One’s Daneside Mews care home enjoyed an afternoon of fun as they spent time in the garden to embrace the warm weather.
Everyone enjoyed themselves as they joined in to play a variety of outdoor games, including bowling, skittles, tin can alley and hoopla, which brought back many a fond childhood memory for each of the Residents.
Music was played throughout the home as some Residents sang and enjoyed a little dance before sitting down to sample some deliciously refreshing ice lollies and cold drinks.
Colleagues took photographs of the afternoon to send to Residents’ loved ones and ensure they are kept up to date.
One Resident remarked: “I’ve really enjoyed today, spending time in the sunshine and playing some fun games together has been wonderful.”
