Game, set and match at Oakhill House
Residents at HC-One’s Oakhill House care home enjoyed tennis-themed activities in the home as they had an afternoon focussed on Wimbledon recently.

Everyone took part in tennis style bat and balloon games as they got into the competitive spirit and then split into teams as they joined in on a Wimbledon themed trivia quiz.

Strawberries and cream were enjoyed by all, as some also chose to indulge in a small tipple of Pimms, whilst everyone chatted about the tennis match and their memories of watching Wimbledon as children.

The tennis match finals were played in the home and everyone enjoyed cheering the players on.

Rebecca Condie, Home Manager, commented: “Residents have thoroughly enjoyed today as we focussed on the tennis finals. Everyone has joined in on the games and activities, and enjoyed cheering on the tennis players.”
