Easter arts and crafts at Ayr care homePreparations are underway at HC-One’s Claremont care home in Ayr for Easter with Residents and team members busy making their very own Easter chicks.

The creative juices were flowing as Residents worked hard creating Easter chicks using papier-mâché and wool, everyone enjoyed chatting as they worked on their chicks, sharing their favourite Easter memories and pastimes.

The final results are now proudly displayed throughout the home and in Resident’s bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed the arts and crafts session which has everyone excited to celebrate Easter as a community at Claremont this weekend.

Lena Blair, a Resident at Claremont commented: “I love making stuff, arts and crafts is one of my favourite activities."

Catherine Potts, Claremont Home Manager said: “It’s great to focus on something positive during these uncertain times, the Easter chicks look amazing and it was lovely to see everyone making them.”
