Residents at HC-One’s Elstree Court care home have enjoyed embracing the fantastic warm weather as they spent time in the garden during an exercise session.
The exercise and wellness session included everyone joining in with a variety of group games, including ball and bean bag throwing, playing musical instruments and singing along to various musical favourites.
Throughout the afternoon, Residents were able to use their sesnses to be mindful and relax in the sunshine, before later sitting to enjoy tea and a slice of cake each.
One Resident remarked: “I really enjoyed doing exercises in the beautiful weather, it’s been such a fun experience.”
