Current affairs Resident garden discussion in the sunshine at West Midlands care homeWith the sunshine finally making an appearance this summer, Residents and Colleagues have been making use of the outdoors.

This afternoon three Residents sat in the garden and all began discussing current affairs and reminiscing from the past. They were having a discussion about the price of buying houses these days and how hard it is to buy for the younger generation at the moment.

Everyone shared stories about their own experiences of buying houses and really enjoyed having a chat with likeminded individuals who have experienced similar scenarios in life. Staff organised refreshments while Residents intellectually discussed current affairs while the sun shined over their heads.

Home Manager at Roxburgh House, Linda Wilkes, commented, “Happy Residents creates a happy care home”.
