HC One’s The Denby care home have been clapping for key workers each week and others in the community have been clapping to show support to the home too.
One positive which has come out of the global pandemic is a real sense of community and care, especially surrounding the Huddersfield care home.
It was lovely to see local firefighters clapping outside the home to show their appreciation for all the hard work the Colleagues at the home do. Members of the village also came out of their homes to do the same, the atmosphere was amazing.
Residents joined in clapping too, they said “it was lovely to hear the community come together to clap.”
