Residents from HC-One’s Broadoak Manor care home in St.Helens enjoyed a day out for this year’s World Book Day.
The Residents enjoyed an afternoon of music, dancing and nibbles as they dressed up as their favourite characters.
Colleagues at the home also donated some money to charity in which they raised over £50 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Home Manger, Siobhan Dean commented: “Lots of fun was had today, I’m proud of the staff for coming together and raising over £50!”
One Resident at the home remarked: “I’ve really enjoyed dressing as my favourite book character, it was such an exciting day.”
