HC-One’s St James’ Park care home Residents and Colleagues were delighted to welcome Relatives and friends to the home to bring along their dogs for the home’s very own dog show.
A variety of breeds were brought to the home, from Spaniels and Pugs to Border Collies and Lurchers, with each dog parading around the lounge for Residents to judge.
Residents then awarded prizes to the winner of each category of the contest, which they were delighted about as they enjoyed listening to the backstory for each animal.
One Resident commented: “That was such good fun, it was interesting to see each of the different dogs and listen to their different stories.”
