Activities take an autumnal twist at Grimsby care homeHarvest Festival celebrations were underway at Clarendon Hall care home in Grimsby as Residents were joined by their loved ones for a fun-filled day of activities.

The home welcomed the local Baptist church to sing hymns with Residents before giving a lovely talk about the history of Harvest Festival.

Later, the local women’s refuge visited the home to collect a generous food donation from Clarendon Hall, which will be distributed to families in need in the local community.

Residents thoroughly enjoyed the day as they shared memories of Harvest Festival celebrations growing up, with one Resident commenting: “What a lovely service. I haven’t sung those hymns in years.”
