The windows at HC-One’s Stoneleigh care home in Stanley are filled with colour and positive messages thanks to Senior Care Assistant, Kerry McGarth.
Hearing all of the neighbours clapping during the first ‘Clap for Care’ which happened at 8 pm on Thursday 26th March was a very emotional experience for the team and Residents at Stoneleigh.
The clapping inspired Kerry to use the creative talents to give something back to the local community as she began decorating the home’s windows with hand drawn positive slogans and pictures.
Everyone at Stoneleigh was delighted with the finished results and thanked Kerry for brightening up the home’s windows during these uncertain times.
