Colleagues at Acacia care home in Sherwood, Nottingham pulled out all the stops for lovely Resident Margaret as she celebrated her 96th birthday.
Margaret was joined by her three nieces for her special day, as they sat reminiscing about family days out together in the past.
The team at Acacia had also arranged another extra special visit for Margaret, as she was delighted to meet adorable Shetland pony duo, Lollipop and Tinkerbell.
After the visit from Margaret’s new four-legged friends, Residents and Relatives joined together to sing Margaret Happy Birthday, as she was presented a delicious cake with strawberries and cream.
Margaret said: “What a lovely birthday cake! That’s my favourite topping, strawberries and cream.”
